That moment when you are so heartbroken that you don’t know what to do or say. You cover your head with a blanket to try to hide from the world, tears start falling, and your nose is running. You try to be as quiet as you can and you end up not being able to breathe from your nose… You gasp for air in between the tears. Is this feeling why they call it “drowning in your sorrows”?
